Terms & Conditions
We at Discount Beds Belfast always aim to keep customers happy and work with them — customers are the key to a good business. However we also have to keep the business running effectively and therefore the following conditions apply.

Please note when a deposit is paid it secures an item for you. The item will either be held in stock for you or ordered in for you — in either case we pay upfront in full. A deposit is therefore Non Refundable nor Transferrable in any case.
Any damages or discrepancies with a delivery must be reported to us within 48 hours of the customer receiving it. We will replace any damages or missing items as quickly as possible. Please note at no time should any parts of beds or furniture be thrown away by the customer, otherwise they cannot be replaced free of charge and the parts disposed of will be charged before any replacements are delivered.
If any beds or furniture are delivered with parts missing we will endeavour to get the parts as quickly as possible. We must be given a reasonable time to do this.
It is a customer's responsibility to check measurements and room sizes before ordering a bed or furniture. We can provide measurements for all items on request before you purchase. If the bed or furniture does not fit we cannot refund. We will only provide a refund if we cannot replace or fix a bed to a satisfactory standard within a reasonable time frame. We will refund if any item ordered is discontinued or out of stock for longer than the time agreed.
All bed frames are delivered flatpack and self assembly is required as we do not offer an assembly service.
